Director of Sales
Carina Guillem Llado leads our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and build strong relationships with our clients. Carina has 20 years of experience in the travel industry including a background in Cruise ground handling and a role as Director of MICE for several years. She has a deep understanding of the travel industry and a passion for customer service, she ensures that our clients receive personalised attention and tailored travel solutions. Her expertise in B2B Sales and client relationship management, MICE, Cruise, operations, destination management and her detailed approach, has been instrumental in expanding our client base and maintaining close relationships with current partners.

As the Managing Director and founder of NorDMC, René Dewet Kristensen has a leadership style that inspires and motivates the team to deliver exceptional customer service. While René was born in Denmark, he has spent 22 years of his life in Australia, where he first got bitten by the travel bug. With almost 27 years of experience in the tourism industry, he has a deep understanding of the various sectors within the Travel & Tourism Industry, including Retail, Wholesale/Outbound, and Incoming. His areas of expertise include a strong product & destination knowledge of the Nordic countries, Baltics and Iceland, contracting, destination management, B2B sales & customer service and a keen eye for details. He is passionate about travel and specifically exploring the incredible destinations, the Arctic Wilderness, the food and culture, which helps drive our commitment to providing our clients with authentic and enriching journeys.

Mea Elerkessousi is our Director of Operations, responsible for our team of Destination Specialists overseeing the day-to-day operations of tour groups and series. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency, she ensures that every aspect of our tours is meticulously planned and executed. Her expertise in logistics, contracting, sales and account management, guarantees that our clients enjoy smooth and hassle-free journeys. . Mea has over 17 years of experience and has played a key role in establishing the Operations team, and is also responsible for our IT solutions used in the company.
